FEE STRUCTURE
By offering the option of a month-by-month fixed fee, we give our clients the security of knowing what the cost will be for a given month regardless of how many hours are spent on their account. Monthly retainers are calculated by estimating the amount of work that will be involved over a particular time frame and are an excellent option for clients seeking a more day-to-day or hands-on consulting approach due to its set costs and clear single payment structure. For example, clients who require ongoing legal advice regarding general employment issues or commercial practices find terrific value in going with monthly retainers.
If you’re looking for iron clad pricing security, the fixed fee is a great option. Once the scope of work is defined, we’ll provide you with a locked rate that will not be altered. Any adjustments to the defined scope of work will be made and quoted before any work begins.
Rate
Under this option, the client’s cost reflects the actual amount of time our lawyers spend on your account. We break our charges down into six minute units with a given lawyers rates being based on experience and skill. In order to avoid any end of the month surprises, we usually send out an interim bill fully supported by a breakdown of how our professionals’ time was spent regarding your matter.
